“Aristieta is located in a beautiful, quiet, bucolic area of Kanpantxu, near Gernika. It is part of an organic farmstead operated by Alex and his wife, the hosts. Their home and farmhouse has been lovingly restored by their family and friends and is a unique property in every sense of the word. We enjoyed our stay very much, and especially, our spacious room with a magnificent view of the surroundings. The breakfasts were simple and tasty. Coffee was great! “Yes everything was clean, and very spacious accomodation. The area is in a rural area but I liked that aspect of it. I rented a hybrid and I was able to have it charged each night at reasonable cost. The host was very nice and helpful.”

“Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom……

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“Ottimo hotel, situato in zona casco viejo con ristoranti e negozietti a pochissimi metri. Stanza grande e spaziosa per 3 persone. Colazione buona e varia. Personale gentile. Comodo anche per i mezzi, noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus turistico che ha una fermata proprio davanti all' hotel. A piedi, percorrendo il lungofiume, si raggiunge con una passeggiata il museo guggenheim e anche altre attrazioni come la funicolare. Ci tornerei. ”
