Villa Bernstein - Villa Bernstein WE 17

The Villa Bernstein, completed in 2012, is located directly on the Börgerende dike. The beach is just a few steps away. Separated from the sea only by the dike and the European bike path, you have a view of the sea or the dike from almost all apartments. The architecture of Villa Bernstein reflects the style elements of the classic bathroom architecture. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, Villa Bernstein is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished apartments have a balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. An underground parking space belongs to each apartment. In the house you will find bicycle parking spaces as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Sunny 3-room apartment on the 1st Upper floor for max. 4 person south-west location and side view of the Baltic Sea - only 30 meters from the beach 1 living-dining room, dining table with 5 chairs, flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player, high-quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster , Microwave, 2 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, 2 shower rooms with walk-in shower, 1 storage room, 1 terrace (access from living room and 1 bedroom), underfloor heating, 1 underground parking space in the property with elevator to the living floor, washing machine and dryer for a fee in the property, laundry set , Travel cot and highchair can be booked for a fee. Non-smoking apartment, no pets. Secure one of our coveted beach chairs (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week). An underground parking space belongs to your apartment. Please note the headroom of max. 1,90m. If the maximum passage height is exceeded, there is the option of using a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung an der Ostsee. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der große Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Kinder und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
