Bolingbrook Bar Hotel

"Beds didn't feel like queens. Wish they'd give four pillow per bed rather than three."

"No thwre was no kitchen. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was hair everywhere. The shower water went down slow. No real light by the jetted tub. Everything was old. And the room smelled. the breakfast was awful. 2nd day breakfast area didnt look like it had been cleaned. Only thing that looked pleasing was the courtyard. Outside doors the locks didnt work. Floor by the shower and tub were dented in. And the breakfast area was FREEZZING COLD!!!! Definitely would not recommend....they have a lot of work to do with this property"

"Modern and stylish room only a short walk away from many attractions and amenities. Spacious high ceiling and lots of floor space! Staff was always friendly and very accommodating. The room did take some time to cool down, but that's a given. Will absolutely book here again on our next trip."

"The place is clean. But it’s definitely a different vibe than the pictures. Staff wasn’t rude but didn’t go out of their way to help me or anything. Stayed on my own and had to park car and bring luggage around by myself. And then had the security guard joke that the buckingham wing my room was in is the haunted section…. I know the hotel has a reputation of being haunted but to tell a girl that’s obviously by herself? I was too freaked out to sleep the entire first night I stayed."

"The staff are all so warm and welcoming. My flight out was delayed so I was able to leave my luggage and take some time to explore the neighborhood some more and work in the lobby/lounge area. I will be staying here again."

"Room was clean (including bathroom), my view was beautiful, and the hotel staff were very helpful with any questions/concerns during my stay and they were very informative upon check-in. The one amenity, the bar, was under construction a bit (still open), but less welcoming then. I also had to unexpectedly leave a day early and they did not charge me for the extra day I wouldn't be there which I really appreciated. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here and it is very centrally located - great walking area. Overall, would give this hotel an 8/10. "
