“This would be a great place for a small group retreat. Beautiful grounds! The Cedar Lodge was a quiet and restful place to have coffee. The self-serve breakfast was a nice touch. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday when the restaurant was not open. Pretty place at a good price.”

“Three night reservation with arrival date of July 5 made through Expedia, changes allowed until July 3. Had a flight delay the morning of July 4, unable to make it to the property the first night. Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night……

Shower drain was definitely backed up as it didn’t drain properly. The fridge wasn’t on and had no way of being plugged in, it smelled like food had previously spoiled. I had to throw my food away because I couldn’t cool it in the fridge. Microwave wasn’t plugged in either. There was a coffee maker with no cups. The……

“When I booked the stay, it was under a different name and there was supposed to be a continental breakfast. We didn’t know the company had sold & there was NO continental breakfast, this was an important factor in our travel plans & added expense. The check in staff was rude upon arrival. The room was a good size & had a nice beach feel if we were closer to the water. However it had an unpleasant smell & there was glue all over the floor.
