「We love coming here. Unfortunately we were not given the room we booked and was not offered a discount or other option. We booked a room with a city view balcony. Additionally this time it was extremely loud. Not sure if it was above us at the pool but it went on all night. 」

「The only good thing about this place is the staff. This is just an over priced establishment that wants to pretend its high end. Ive stayed numerous times with them and always seem to have a problem and its gotten worse. First of all they keep trying to give me a room literally in the lobby, ground floor with "windows" facing the kitchen/dish washing area, no privacy whatsoever and would assume fried egg smell every morning. Having a room there is BEYOND my comprehension. I complained and then...

「The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive....

「Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location within the Walled City! The greenery around the courtyard and pool area was gorgeous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also loved Época restaurant attached. Highly recommend!」

「The pool was amazing, but the rooftop hottub was not hot, it was just another small pool. the Staff was amazing and took care of us from the start :). the breakfast was basic but good enough for being included. I would recommend for the aesthetics more than anything, I wasnt a fan of the room floorplan. 」

「Casa Quero is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location that is close to many shops snd restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast had fresh fruit and orange juice everyday. I chose a made to order omelette each day which was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!」
