Amazing Stay

Apartment was so clean and bed was super comfy. Good quality bedding and everything required in kitchen to cook a meal. Garden area is perfect for outside dining.Great location for Ducati factory, approximately 10 minutes walk with a 15 minute walk to the train station which will take you to Bologna in 7 minutes.Federico (owners nephew) couldnt have been more helpful and informative. Lots of recommendations for restaurants locally and in Bologna.Almost instant replies with any queries we had and so very welcoming.

Perfect quiet base for Bologna, with private garden and parking

This is a lovely, quiet and pleasant studio: situated in a modern condominium on the ground floor with its own private garden, looking out onto trees and greenery, with a large window and a patio door, well protected and lockable, with fly screens and bars. There is a modern kitchen, well equipped, with a gas stove (two hobs), a dining table, a comfy sofa, and a double bed. There is also washing machine in a comfy bathroom. A bus stop is two minutes' walk away, with an excellent connection to the centre of Bologna (bus 13). The car parking space, under cedar trees, is safe, as the whole condominium is only accessible via gates. The communication with the owner's nephew, Federico, was excellent: always ready to help, with precise information, very kind, and, in case of need, promptly arranging help when needed. This felt like one's one home, and I will certainly return very soon. Thank you!
