「The staff was great, helpful, available when needed, the property was beautiful maintained, pool was beautiful, walking trails, well lit up at night so getting around was easy. The staff had great recommendations and over all we had a wonderful and would definitely recommend staying here. On a side note, we had a kitchen in our cabana and it could have used a few additional items for easier cooking. Otherwise , everything was great!. 」

「The property is amazing, lots of beautiful birds to see right from the porch area. The river is a 10 minute walk from the property. You can cool down and listen for monkeys. 「When I made the reservation I thought we were at the main lodge and not at the camp. Of course the property is beautiful Accommodations were nice beds very comfortable , staff and was great but having to get up to walk to the bathroom was not fun for me so in the future when I book I will be making sure I’m at the main lodge. I think the camp is great for backpackers and those on a budget. 」

「This is a great location, very peaceful. Nice to have a restaurant on site. They were very accommodating given that we had early morning tours. They fed us a tad earlier than they typically open. 「Cassia Hills has been around a long time and is a lovely property. Lounging by the pool was great, staff brought us fresh coconuts. In fact, the staff really MADE our stay. They bent over backwards to ensure that everything was great, helped us when asked and were lovely to interact with. Joe, Carlos and Sarlee (front desk) were friendly and kind. Wall 3ft from window so no natural light. Tiny jail sink with only 1x cold tap, no hand towel - only 2 mismatched stained bigger towels. Shower dirty & sheets stained. Cockroaches at night. 「We had an amazing experience staying here. It was close to the shuttle bus, market, restaurants. Having a kitchen made it easier to pack food for next day. Our host was very very helpful! She suggested local restaurant to try and helped us to find a last minute replacement tour early morning as our got cancelled late at night! We were able to leave our luggages there while we went to a half day tour, even after check out time. I highly recommend staying here! 」
