“Had a one night stay, ate in the restaurant, food and service were excellent. You get what you pay for and this luxury stay was well worth the money. Breakfast was plentiful with all tastes catered for. Can’t really find anything to complain about.”

“An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe.”

“The hotel is very clean and friendly. A nice sitting area next to the restaurant. My gripes are as follows: (1) breakfast has coffee machines with the sugar added to the milk. So impossible to get a good coffee with breakfast unless you like sweet coffee. You can add cold milk to black coffee but not the same. (2) No power points by the bed. Impossible to charge devices and use them in bed. (3) One day no butter at breakfast. It's an expensive place to stay so although this is minor it's not……

“This place is beautiful and we were completely pampered the entire time. The pools are only for guests ages 13 and older, so our 8 year old could not swim, but otherwise it was an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very welcoming. Highly recommend!”

“El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila, con vistas a la montaña. Tiene ascensor, entrada independoente. Tiene supermercados alrededor pero bastante caros Estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, pero deberían de cambiar los colchones de la cama y sillon cama, ya que son muy duros, incómodos y el descanso no fue bueno, levantandonos diariamente con dolor de espalda. Si volviera a Andorra no creo que lo escogieramos solo por este motivo. Es una pena, porque el alojamiento en si esta muy……

“Me gustó la ubicación, en plena naturaleza. Silencio absoluto. Apartamentos espaciosos y bien equipados. No me gustó la falta de respuesta a los mensajes enviados y tener que acabar reclamando la devolución de la fianza cuando la chica de recepción dijo que se devolvía el mismo día del checkout por la tarde. Falta de comunicación por parte del alojamiento.”

“Clean room, but the four bed room was actually to small for a familie of four. The breakfast was really good and gave us a good start to ski all day long. The Hotel has a good location - only a couple of minutes away from the slopes.”
