"We enjoyed our stay here very much! It is TOTALLY worth staying here for a day or two. You get first access to saying good morning to the elephants before all the day-trippers arrive, and it's lovely to walk around the park in the evening. We came in Jan/26, so the park was very quiet guest wise. Breakfast and dinners were great (not included for us) and reasonably priced. As for the treatment of the ellies - they are well taken care of and have a much better life than before their arrival to Mason. Please watch the informative video, and talk to the mahouts. They are knowledgable and happy to answer questions! AS OF JAN 25 there are no more elephant rides - which was fine by us!! Just happy to be around such big beautiful gentle creatures. "

"Excellent hospitality. Lovely staff who are very helpful and courteous. Beautiful establishment and spaces. They actually cleaned when you called for house keeping, not just tidied up. The food and drinks were very tasty as well. Great amenities. Loved and very much enjoyed my stay here. "

"5 stars! Beautiful hotel with first class service. They had a kids center for kids and an onsite petting area with various animals. Their breakfast and dinner buffets were also amazing and the room views are spectacular! "

"Breakfast and dinner are superb, every dish on the menu was amazing. Stunning views from the villa and main pool.
Service is outstanding, staff is very attentive and address guests by their names.
As others noted the rooms look a bit old and requires renovation. For example, the aircon in the villa is very loud.
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. "
