「I booked for 2 nights for 4 people the check in was ok but to get checked in you have to take stairs to get to the reception there’s no other access except for the basement but you have to get a parking pass first at the reception to be able to go to the basement. 「the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? 」
