Bel appartement tout neuf au calme, confortable. A 200m, c'est les quais avec commerces et restaurants, pratique et sympa. Accueil bien fait et chaleureux. A relouer la prochaine fois que nous venons à Bordeaux.

Nous étions les premiers locataires et c'était très bien. Nous sommes venu à 5 et nous n'avons pas manquer d'espace. Il a fait très chaud le jour de l'arrivée et sans climatisation le logement est un pur bonheur! Bien équipé, proche du centre ville, stationnement (payant) dans la rue. Commerces juste au bout la rue, bus, tram. Le secteur est calme. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment correct (pour un 14 juillet). Pour le bémol: un étiquette pour le WiFi ou un QRcode serait judicieux. Je recommande.
