「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Nice rooms and great location. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Ofra (?) at the towel hut always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation. Bell hop Peter Santos was also very outgoing, cheerful and helpful. So many more of the staff that we unfortunately don’t know their names all made our stay at the Radisson a memorable experience. 「This is a great spot if you like a thoughful, fun space. My experience was fantastic. Everyone is so friendly it almost feels like staying with a friend. 「Loved the size and space of accommodations. Housekeeping was very kind and professional. Staff was hit or miss.
