「A small and exquisite hotel with royal garden style, the hotel room facilities are full of artistic atmosphere, restaurant decoration and food complement each other. Is an amazing and unforgettable hotel.」

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」

「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「Location was perfect ! Beautiful decorations! However, I was never told you had to go to a hotel around the corner to eat breakfast- or that our hotel room was not in the dining and pool hotel. Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first...
