Stood at this hotel with two young children and my husband. Clean beds were comfortable, pool was warm which was a plus ! Only thing the hotel doesn’t have is a kid friendly menu. They were able to just make a cheese pizza which helped. There is a Brazilian steak house attached to the hotel which was cool but again not kids friendly. Overall our stay was good I would recommend this hotel

Our room was not very clean, old conditioner and shampoo all over the bathroom shower, my daughter found an old mascara tube in the room. It’s not conveniently located next to annnnyyyything. So plan to pay to park not only at the hotel but where ever your destination is bc there isn’t even a Starbucks with in 1/2 a mile and downtown is a solid hour walk. Also no complimentary breakfast which is absolutely fine but they advertise free coffee espresso cappuccino & the machine was broken the entire stay:(

Dear Natasha,I am sorry about the challenges you faced during your stay. I will be sharing your feedback with our housekeeping manager to review for an improved guest experience. I am sorry you were not aware there were 2 Starbucks within walking stance of the hotel as well as the fabulous restaurants and bars located just a 10-minute walk from our front door to the lively Seaport Boulevard. We are also just a 10-minute walk to the World Trade Center stop on the silver line that will bring you into downtown. Unfortunately, parking has increased in the Boston area due to the high demand with Conferences and local attractions. For the inconvenience of our complimentary Expresso machine being temporarily out of order, I have submitted 5000 points to your Marriott Bonvoy account. We appreciate you as a Marriott Bonvoy member.

The place is modern quiet clean and beautiful , we took a connecting room that we request at the lobby 1king and 2 queen beds , the rooms were clean, comfy , the size was okay for a familly of 6, they need to make some work in the bathroom toilets did not flush well ,take a long time to have hot water to take a shower ,no free breakfast ,mini fridge is just enough to keep water ,no microwave in room ,only downstairs which i didn't like we had to go heating the kids food there all the time. Staff were excellent I'd stay here again.

The proprty is not that bad. The staff seemed indifferent and barely with their heads down mostly avoiding any eye contact. When leaving an employee working the front door offered to fetch us a cab to the cruise liner which he said was a $10 fare. Guy picks us up in a taxi and says its $20 dollars. Definitely feel taken advantage of and suspect some kick back scheme took place with us. I've worked at hotels and I know how these thing work.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was all very nice and the hotel was very clean. It was local to restaurants and in perfect walking distance even.

Went for a weekend trip to Boston, my companion and i loved the rooms. We felt the hotel overall was great. The hotel was very accommodating for Late Check In, as i was coming in after 12:00am. The hotel is tucked near the port but you never hear the ships due to good soundproofing and we had a harbor view. We didnt not eat breakfast but the options were nice. The bar is a good location in the hotel for hanging out. Will stay again!!!

Modern stay in the Seaport district. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Jody who checked us in, clean, quiet and the best part, a heated indoor pool! Would love to stay here again!

You will need to walk or uber to the areas most populated with restaurants and shops but it is like .8 mile so not far at all. Felt safe walking alone in the area, it was an amazing hotel and that staff were very nice. Parking is extreme down there so I returned the rental early, am very happy with that choice. It was 14.00 to Lyft to the airport and 54 to valet park

Not only do they NOT have a shuttle from the airport so I had to pay for a cab, they also don’t have room service. And there are no electrical or USB plugs on the nightstand. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

We do our best to list all of our amenities and offerings on our websites so our guests can make the best educated decision on if our property will meet their needs. Absolutely loved our stay at Aloft! Beautiful hotel and room, it was clean and had everything you needed. The staff and valet service was so accommodating and friendly! Also, the Brazilian steak house within the hotel was delicious and their main bar has great entertainment. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Very handy for convention center. Map provided at check in with restaurant recommendations- came in very useful. Very walkable from downtown and from the airport bus stop on congress.

The hotel was very clean, very modern which was fun for my son because we're from the cape we don't have places like that really here. We loved the gym. The air was Alittle too cold to get in the pool but my kids and partner absolutely loved it. The prices on simple drinks was little crazy but everything else was perfect. Your customer service workers at the check in counter were very nice and helpful. Also the valet was very convenient, very nice. And breakfast was delicious. Thank you for the stay we had a blast! The pizza place on the corner called the boardwalk was a fail the food was awfully cooked. But your hotel was perfect . Thank you
