The property is in a great location central to many sites and walk-able if you enjoy longer walks. The house feels lived making it comfortable. The age and history is another cool factor. I would stay there again.

Incredible Location

The location was unparalleled. It was close to the T, Target, grocery stores, and Boston Common. The house is quirky. I would recommend earplugs to sleep as the house is noisy but I would definitely stay here again.

Historic visit to Boston

Well located within walking distance of much of historic Boston. Also easy to catch a ride share or the T. Well stocked with utensils, plates, and glasses. We thought the spiral staircase to the bedroom level was neat. While not the most up to date, everything worked and kept us comfortable.

Good basic apartment in great location

Location is fantastic with easy access to everything. Communication with hosts was great. Expect city noise in one bedroom and water pipe noise in the other, but both got quieter late in the evening.

We were able to walk everywhere, great location and all the needed amenities were close by. Very comfortable and quiet. Bring a flashlight as the street is a little dark when returning after dinner.

Great apartment & location

This is a fantastic place. Quirky, clean and comfortable in an unbeatable location. The spiral stairs are steep and narrow so not for those with mobility issues. The plumbing does make noise but as Brits we all are used to old buildings with interesting sounds so no issue for us. We would definitely stay here again. Good clear instructions from owner.

Spring Getaway

The location of the property was great. We were able to easily navigate our way around Boston due to the central location of the property. The apartment does need some updating but overall it was charming.Unfortunately we were awakened each night by the constant loud tapping/dripping noise in our bedroom. In the half bathroom there was printed instructions to not flush toilet paper. That seemed odd to all that stayed in the apartment. Other than those two things we did enjoy our stay.

Great location in Beacon Hill

Everything was just as described - great location, cozy, well furnished, lots of room for our party of 4. The knocking/tapping noise from the pipes was loud and kept us up at night, so we had to buy ear plugs - but other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
