Room had comfortable king bed and was clean However, bathroom in need of repair. Shower shampoo dispenser was found on shower stall floor and appeared to come unglued from tile. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Property interior a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast area definitely updated and modern. Staff was courteous and friendly.

This is a nice property in quiet business park. I enjoyed my one night stay and would stay here again if I was in the area. Below I will list some of the things the property management should improve on to take this place over the top. - Staff is nice but don't go out of their way to make you feel special. They mostly spend their time in the office so you have to wait until they pop out to help you. Check-in process was fast and seamless since I had booked with Expedia and they had all my info. Key was ready for me and my request of a QUIET room was met. - Room was clean, beds were very comfortable and basically has everything you need to have a good night sleep. The bathroom was in nice as well except for the mold building up around the caulking in the shower, this was not a deal breaker for me but definitely something management should address. - Regarding breakfast, coffee tasted very good, eggs tasted like they were made from a powdered substance, turkey sausage was dry, pork sausage was good, best part of the breakfast. Everything else tasted like a continental breakfast should taste. Oh yeah, don't have the juice, it's very watered down which makes it taste like water with a few drops of color and sugar.

We requested with the reservation for my 2 rooms to be together. One was on the 3rd floor and the other was on the first floor. They said they gave me a suite on the first floor, it was a king bed with a jet tub next o the wall on left side of king bed. VERY strange. Not happy rooms were so far apart!!

Not a good stay
As I was checking in, I left my wallet on the counter, when I came back it was gone. It was a late check in, not many people coming in and out. The front desk person wouldn’t run back the tape to see who took it. The sink was stopped up. It was loud. Not a good stay. Mold in the shower. I never do reviews, but I had to do this one.

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Took us some time to figure out how to get the room temperature adjusted, but it worked out fine in the end. The breakfast was typical hotel food, but good and the automatic pancake machine was pretty cool. It’s about a 40 min drive into downtown Boston.

The property is in good conditions but my last night as I wanted extended the reservation for another night the staff person started argue with me and she was passive aggressive and verbally abusive telling me that she could not help me because I used Expedia. So I reply that she didn't know what was customer service and being polite with clients and that she didn't know how to do her job. She called the police on me saying I did offended her. She was so terrible and abusive that I need to call the police on the Hotel staff and let know what happened. The staff doesn't know how do talk with clients are very rude and not feel clients welcoming there.
