Large enough to accommodate an extended family, this beautiful 4 bedroom, newly renovated in 2017, townhouse is right in the heart of Southie. This is a 3rd floor unit that has 2 levels. The unit has surround sound stereo, free WiFi and cable.

1st Floor has open concept living area, beautiful bright kitchen, living area with tv and queen sleeper sofa, video monitor for front door and printer/scanner/fax machine. 2 bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Sweeney playground (park featured in the Movie Good Will Hunting!), and 1.5 bath.

2nd floor has a full bath with large walk in shower, master bedroom with Queen bed and a Large Master closet. **Note: sofa in pic is no longer in master bedroom**. The second bedroom, which is a "loft style" room, has a Queen bed, views of the city and a TV.

Steps away from public transportation and Broadway. Walking distance to Seaport District and Downtown Boston. A car is not needed as there is plenty of public transportation and everything is so close. If you do have a car, we offer free parking for 1 vehicle. Centrally located, Broadway T station (red line) 0.5 miles away, Seaport district 1.0 miles, Carson beach 0.7 miles, Fenway park 3.4 miles, Faneuil hall 2.1 miles, Logan Int Airport 3.8 miles.

Solid place
The apartment’s location and size were great, but it’s by no means a luxury accommodation. We had a bit of an issue with ants getting into our food and some general cleanliness problems. That being said, when I let the host know that some of our group was unhappy with the state of the apartment upon arrival, he responded quickly and came to clean the unit the next day. Overall, we had an okay-to-good stay and the keypad lock was great since we had a large group

Big city ups & downs
We enjoyed our time in Boston. There is so much to do & see. This house has a great location to restaurants, downtown & the waterfront. We are not big city people so we are not used to being in a smaller space. For the 6 of us the community area: kitchen, dining room & living room, all-in-one felt cramped. Like a studio apartment. This house is directly in the flight path of the airport depending on which runway is being used. Airplanes go over every 30-90sec starting @5am. We experienced this 2 of our mornings. Right next to the house is a park, it has a basketball court. While we were there people played until midnight one night & 2am another. We could hear every bounce and word they said (only on the 2nd level). I don’t know if our boys are hard sleepers, or if the lower floor is more soundproof. I would not recommend this home to families with either grandparents or young children. There is no elevator. The stairs spiral, they are narrow & steep. In addition to the stairs, not knowing how insulated the walls/floors were we were constantly worried that we were bothering someone. Having a neighbor under us & next to us was a bit nerve wracking since our kids are early risers & we have 4 from 7-12, they can be loud. We never heard the neighbors.

Clean, beautiful, great location!
The condo was clean, beautiful and in a fabulous location for catching the T or driving to sights downtown. Having an off-street parking spot was a huge convenience and our kids enjoyed the playground next door. The host was thoughtful and hospitable, even stocking the fridge with bottled water. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Southie Get Away
We had a fantastic stay at Jack’s place. After spending 5 days in Vermont on a walking Inn to Inn tour it was great to get to this Southie townhome for some rest and relaxation. Jack was amazing at communicating with us and offered great advice! We would definitely stay here again! Fantastic place and location!

Wonderful Place to Stay!
We traveled to Boston to see our son graduate from BC. We have stayed in the area many times over his 4 years. This location was wonderful with great restaurants and easy access to the city. The free parking was definitely a perk we enjoyed too! The property manager, Jack, was very responsive and made the stay fantastic with all the perks of home. We can't say enough positive things about this rental! The place was lovely, clean, warm & inviting, and felt like home away from home! The whole place is so cute and comfy, from the complimentary drinks to the peaceful bedrooms. Everyone, from Grandma to the Graduate, loved being able to spend time together. Our extended family (5 adults and 3 children) enjoyed a long weekend in this condo. The listing was accurate regarding space, bedrooms and location. Unit was a 1/2 mile walk to the nearest T station. The host was VERY responsive with answers to questions and special requests. I felt he made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The fridge was stocked with cold water and soda, there were extra towels/linens, and all items that we needed were available to us. There was a great public playground directly next door to the unit. The unit was on a side street, in a seemingly quiet building, so we didn't have any issues with noise. As the listing indicates, this is a third floor walkup unit. Perfect home-base for our weekend of exploring and sight-seeing around Boston.

Fabulous place to stay!
We had a group of 7 adults that stayed over the 4th of July. This condo was fabulous with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Location was perfect for a short uber ride to wherever you wanted to go. Also many walkable options from the condo. Our first visit to Boston was amazing and the location and quality of this condo made it especially wonderful. Jack was a super host and available for any questions with super quick response time.
