Weston-super-Mare Bounce Hotels

"Well where do i start. This hotel needs a good makeover or even shut down. The guy that checked us in was lovely 😍. It advertised it has a lift and both were broken we were on top floor and with breathing difficulties we struggled. Rooms are awful old carpets, mold on shower curtain, no wardrobe only hanging space on a rail that was wobbly, sink was in room, old furniture, the only thing that was nice was the comfortable bed but even this was small. Hotels.Com i recommend you taking this hotel off your site as it will make the company to look bad. Hotel is like fawlty towers never will we stay here again too far out from town too"

"Try get a Seaview room as if your facing the town it's very noisy. Also mattresses very cheap and uncomfortable. Decor needs refreshing and a larger TV, something bigger than a shoe box"

"Absolutely love this place from the moment of getting to the front door and being met by Sam. The home was so clean and organised. There is a lounge that you can eat your meals at as well. Sam explained about the door system. And then told me which room I was staying in. So impressed with the room. Felt very safe here and relaxed. Great experience would highly recommend. "

"Some of the dining chairs are wobbly and appear unsafe, carpets could do with a clean or replacing."

"Beautiful caravan. Very well equipped. The welcome pack was amazing. Wine chocolates jams tea coffee sugar salt biscuits hot chocolate milk foil toilet roll kitchen roll washing up liquid. The beds were very comfortable. The main bedroom had a en-suite toilet. The decking was very spacious with nice table and chairs. The site was very clean with lots of entertainment. The staff were very friendly. Some caravans were lit up at night making it look really Christmassy. Very close to Weston Super Mare. We loved it here. We usually stay in cottages because we have two dogs but this caravan was far better. Would love to come back."

"A really nice location and Sharon is very helpful and friendly amazing for dog walks .The cottage beds need a bit of an update as they are both not very comfortable. I think this cottage would be better for a couple as it’s a bit small for 3 people but overall it’s worth a stay for a few days"
