"Bar person checked me in, she was very efficient. Excellent position on sea front. Room 5 bathroom was unheated thus was chilly, plus the window wouldn't close properly. I wouldn't want to use this room in the winter. View from bedroom window was of a flat roof, and a sandbag, not great."

"Well where do i start. This hotel needs a good makeover or even shut down. The guy that checked us in was lovely 😍. It advertised it has a lift and both were broken we were on top floor and with breathing difficulties we struggled. Rooms are awful old carpets, mold on shower curtain, no wardrobe only hanging space on a rail that was wobbly, sink was in room, old furniture, the only thing that was nice was the comfortable bed but even this was small. Hotels.Com i recommend you taking this hotel off your site as it will make the company to look bad. Hotel is like fawlty towers never will we stay here again too far out from town too"

"Perfect location, within walking distance of train station & to the seafront & shops. Room was clean & very spacious. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate & biscuits :) Would definitely recommend."

"Reasonably friendly staff Radiator cold not switched on at night Staff listened got fixed put right for following night Towels not grubby but quite stale stock Noisy male clientele drunk noisy in outside terrace early Sunday morning and late in hotel corridors . Leaked urine in lift Building and bar ok Place didnt feel that ok as solo female traveler Staff good about getting forgotten charger back to me No issue with staff"

"Try get a Seaview room as if your facing the town it's very noisy. Also mattresses very cheap and uncomfortable. Decor needs refreshing and a larger TV, something bigger than a shoe box"
