“Phew where to start: no lift, room smelt like sewer gas. The carpet was stained. The toilet seat didn't fit properly, the shower took ages to get warm. ”

“Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.”

“Thank you for such a lovely stay! Beautiful building and area. Very convenient if you are exploring Normandy. Staff was very kind but short staffed so things took a bit longer but not a big impact. “Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me……
