“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms well presented and clean. Excellent choice of breakfast menu, served well presented and some different options to chose from.
The only downside to this property is the parking as it does not have its own spaces and parking in Brighton is not easy due to all the new road changes taking place. The hotel is situated on a quiet square with a public garden. Just a short walk to the beach and town amenities.”

“I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. ”
