"Very nice clean place to stay"

"We had a very nice stay at this property. It was very clean, very convenient location to Santander area, Pagonda, Train station , and much more. Amazing Diner right down the road. Many other restaurants also. Great communication with the host. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again for sure!"

"The kitchen is well-provisioned, with a drip coffee maker and a pod system. The host even supplied multiple coffee pods. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large-screen TV and internet work just fine. There is a welcome binder that explains how to get to the clothes washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of restaurant choices within 1 and 2 miles. I look forward to return!"

Our hosts were excellent in communicating and seems they were prepared having everything we would need for our stay even if we forgot to pack it! "This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's...

"The neighborhood was scary, the building was scary, there were people talking at 4 am right outside my door, which was open when I got there, and too much street noise all night. The sheets and blanket looked disgusting. The towel left for me to use ( that I did not dare use) was a skimpy bath towel. I woke up at 5am and got out of there by 6am. It was SO NOT worth my $145. So not stay there"
