First, the room was tiny.  No just small, but tiny.  Second, the view of the mountains was indirect at best.  Third, by 3 in the afternoon our room had still not been made up.  We only got room service by calling and asking for it.  Fourth, the facility had no method for printing out airline boarding passes.  When I asked they said "we don't have a business center" as though having a terminal in the lobby to allow printing boarding passes was the same as 'a business center'.  Then the lady suggested that I could walk to the city's public library and use that!  All lf these things are ridiculous for a place that is listed as the best hotel in Bozeman.  However, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was wonderful.  The food was very good and the waiter was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and pleasant.  That was, by far, the only truly positive aspect of our stay.
