「Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made. 」

「A bit aged hotel but meet all my basic need. Room is clean and spacious but no slippers provided.」
