I love the village hotel concept... the bar and grills are fab with great atmosphere. The hotels are reasonably priced and the staff always go that extra mile. On this trip we found Emilia in particular as super friendly and in our opinion is a real asset to Village hotels. Thank you and keep all the offers coming

Hotel was fine - check in was by touch screen but. Member of staff came over to help. I didn’t need it but they insisted and then tried to get me to leave a review by scanning their QR code on their badge and using their name. Was just a bit weird. And then they followed me to the lifts and tried to get me to use them even though I wanted to take the stairs. Again was just a bit weird!

Excellent stay, the hotel made it extra special for my son’s birthday. Very friendly staff and great food buffet for kids although this could have be replenished more often to keep things fresh, also some bits in apple juice at breakfast apart from that all food was good and helpful staff

Room was so cosy, swimming and steam/sauna all clean and to temperature. Afterwards we had some superbly cooked pub grub with good service. Breakfast excellent. Thanks for a great stay
