Amazing Beach Stay

The property is perfect, clean and specious for a big family of group of friends. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Having two washer a dryers are a plus!! The pool is heated. The management company was great, very easy to contact.

This house was amazing! Everyone had a comfortable room and bathroom, and the kitchen was perfect for group meals. Besides the beach we never even left the house because the pool and top balcony were so much fun.

We had a few questions before arrival and texted the number instructed, it was never answered.Everything was great during our stay, the house is well supplied, modern and clean. Check in was ok, However, I didn’t get the check in code via email and had to call when we arrived for it.The only suggestion would be to spray for insects, we saw a few bugs (roaches)

Birthday getaway - On the Flipside

The property was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! The home looks brand new with high end furnishings. I’d recommend adding rugs at the pool doors to keep the floors from getting wet, add towel hooks in the bathrooms for bath towels and a 2nd refrigerator on the lower level by the pool for entertaining. Overall, we’d recommend this property

Beautiful Home in an amazing location

This house is just spectacular. The living spaces are huge, the pool is perfect, the BBQ was great, the beds were super comfortable, and the rooftop was great to catch the sunrise or the sunset. 4 minutes walk to that incredible beach was also great, there is a caddy to pull chairs, an umbrella, and lots of towels for the pool or beach. AMI Locals was very reactive when we had an issue with the lights downstairs. We will dream of this place!

Perfect Beach Getaway: Peaceful, Clean, and Fully Equipped

We had an amazing stay at this Bradenton Beach home! The house was beautifully decorated, spotless, and located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood—ideal for a relaxing getaway.We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the house was. There were plenty of essentials provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and all the kitchen accessories we needed. Everything was well thought out to make us feel at home.The pool area was perfect, and the space inside the house was comfortable and welcoming. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely recommend this home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Could definitely use more supplies in the house to accommodate 15 people. We had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, coffee filters & other items to get by for a week long stay. An electric griddle in the kitchen would be great for preparing breakfast. Otherwise house was great!

We had the best time at this big, beautiful new home!

My family has so many good things to say about this rental home! We enjoyed everything so much - the beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has its own pretty and new bathroom which was a godsend for this large family group of travelers. Made getting ready every morning so easy. And the entire house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, one of my biggest requirements of any rental! The pool is where we spent almost all of our time its literally paradise. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we hope to book again for next year asap.

Family fun

Pool was perfection, shaded perfectly so it was never overly hot as we have had at multiple Florida beaches in june. Location was quiet and close to downtown area and the bridge. View of both the sound and the ocean from the upper deck. Kitchen could have been better stocked. Pans didn’t work well with the induction stove, it was missing a griddle/regular baking sheets/stock pot/multiple sizes of bowls. Overall one of the better properties we have rented even with the kitchen challenges.
