"St Barth" with your own private heated pool directly off the unit is waiting for you! This unit comes with a beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 6 beach towels for your short walk to the beautiful beach. This completely renovated 2-bedroom apartment with 2 king beds and a cozy living room with an additional queen bed. Guests will find this space enjoyable for a tranquil getaway. AC, WiFi, and a washing machine are just a few of the fantastic amenities available. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. This is a private compound offering 4 total units with additional pool if you are looking to add more family/friends- look for VRBO "St. Maarten" or VRBO "St. John", inquire for a family/friends rate on multiple units. Great location to walk to local eats and attractions along with the free town trolly pick-up right up the road on Gulf Dr.

Our stay here was great! This unit had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean. We also loved the private pool! Located just a couple blocks from the beach with beach access close also. The owner was very nice and very helpful!

Wow wow wow! We absolutely love this house and with the private pool. Thank you Stephan for treating us like VIP, seriously the best we have ever been taking care of. Relaxing @ Beautiful AMI.

Great accomodations. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice duplex unit perfect for me and my significant other. The location is ideal for access to beaches, restaurants, and recreational activities. I really appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner / manager Stephan. I also have to say it was one of the better vacations we have ever had. Beautiful Anna Maria Island is one of my favorite places to visit. We look forward to going back in the near future.
