GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION

NEW HOUSE, WELL EQUIPED, MINOR PROBLEMS LIKE LESS TOWELS THAN OFERED AND OUTDOOR TRASH CAN NOT EMPTY WERE SOLVED FAST. WOULD COME BACK CERTAINLY!

Beach Luxury

Pristine beach rental on Bradenton Beach. Very short walk to the ocean, stores, restaurants/bars. Residential neighbors are friendly. Check-in process was seamless. Kitchen is well equipped w/ very nice appliances - just bring your own coffee (and spices if you plan to cook). Beautifully decorated home. Beds are very comfortable w/ quality linens. Plenty of towels provided. Sunset watching & star gazing are a must from the rooftop deck, too! Something to note: the mosquitos are pretty heavy around the pool area, but nothing some bug spray won't resolve. Everything about this property is gorgeous - I would rent here again in a heartbeat!!

Great location

This house was in a great location less than 5 min walk from the beach and short distance from grocery stores most restaurants etc. it did rain a couple times and the entrance to the house did flood but that is out of the host control. Besides that and the mosquitos in the location (make sure to bring bug spray) this was a great place for a big party very spacious and accommodated everyone perfectly! We have 14 in our group for reference!
