It was centrally located to IMG Academy where we attended a baseball tournament. It’s close to the beaches & good restaurants. The house was great with plenty of room. Kids & adults love the pool as well as the ping pong table.

Check in was easy. Pool area and pool table/ping pong table were fun for the kids. There was a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The a/c worked well. Location was good with beaches, stores and restaurants being close.I had to wash all bedding, bath and kitchen towels. Three of the four beds had stains on sheets including blood stains on two of them. Once washed they were clean and the stains were gone. A couple of the beds were about to fall apart. Many of the outlets in the house were not usable to plug in chargers - the cord would just fall out of the wall. I did reach out about the bed sheets and towels not being clean and received an apology for the “stuff not being up to par” from the property manager. She dropped off some new kitchen towels and a toaster the next day. There were no dish cloths for the kitchen and no laundry soap, supplies to even get started.

Great Stay!

We had a lot of fun at this house. Our family loved the pool table and arcade options as well as the pool and outdoor space. Tons of stuff to keep us busy when we weren't at a ballgame or the beach.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The property was just as advertised, if not better. We did not have any problems. It was still chilly for the pool in March, but we relaxed by it in the chairs and under the patio. Lived the outdoor lights. The screen means you can stay outside longer. The inside was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We were there for both IMG and the beach, easy to access both.

Fun Times

Everything went well. Glad we had the pool heated because it was cooler at night.Next door neighbor was very nice and willing to give suggestion on which beach to visit. Also, convenient location to grocery store.
