Easy accessible ground floor condo with walkout to patio facing serene view of pond and pools.
Conveniently situated directly across to all of the resorts many amenities.
Less than a minute walk to the Clubhouse, Pools,Tennis, and B-B-Q grills!

This condo lies within the community of Shorewalk. A beautifully maintained 30 acre complex of quiet tree lined streets, safe lighted walking paths and 6 ponds.
AMENITIES
Clubhouse surrounded by 2 heated Pools, each with separate Jacuzzis, 2 lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts, a Basketball court, Table tennis, Bocce ball and Shuffleboards. Attached is a childrens playground. Patio tables and large Gas B-B-Q Grills are available for the guests to use. Relax inside the clubhouse lounge area in front of the big screen T.V., play video games, cards or billards. A clubhouse attendant is available to assist you with any clubhouse activities or offer directions/pamphlets to local attractions. Why not join in some of the social activities such as pool aerobics or theme parties.
WALKING DISTANCE
Shorewalk is conveniently located within walking distance to Publix and Aldi Supermarkets, CVS Pharmacy are all just around the corner on Cortez Rd. Applebees and |Outback Steakhouse, Beauty Salons, Day Spas, an 8 screen Cinema and even a bowing alley across the street. Nearby find G.T. Bray Sports and Recreational Facility. For only $20 you can join and play various sports, work out in the gym or attend a fitness/yoga class. The Famous IMG Sports Academy is only a few blocks away. ATTRACTIONS/ACTIVITIES
Play Golf at one of the many prestigious golf courses that Bradenton is know for. Ask for the discount coupons that are often available from the clubhouse attendant.
Endless Water Sports such as Jet Ski/boat rentals. Guided fishing charters, dolphin tours, dinner cruises, Kayak at the Myakka River State Park to name a few. Sports Venues for Baseball, Football and Basketball are all nearby. Many Museums and Heritage centers to visit both historic and natural sites like the Robinsons Preserve for photo opportunities. A 12 mile drive to Sarasota which is the Cultural Capital of Florida. Visit the Ringling Museum, see a Art exhibition, catch a show at Van Wezel Performing Arts centre or shop/ dine at the trendy St. Armands Circle. Great designer shopping bargins can be found at the Ellington Premuium Outlet Mall or browse at the many outdoor Flea Markets such as the Famous Red Barn in Bradenton. Take advantage of Shorewalks close proximity to all of these exciting activities and attractions that this area has to offer!

Our stay was great! We did not have any issues, communication was fast and pleasant! House was clean, there was something spilled on the refrigerator door and the master tub did not drain well, but nothing major at all. Complex was nice, pool was refreshing and clean. This place was perfect as we spent most of our time at IMG. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was very nice and was as displayed in the photos. Loved the ground floor location, beach chairs/umbrellas and pool noodles were very appreciated. Suggestions to make a great place even better: a few more washcloths to reduce the frequency for doing laundry and the complex could clean/skim the pool more frequently.

Great summer vacation

Actually we liked our stay at the property. We had everything we need . One thing that could be better - beach chairs are very small, and one of those was almost ripped, luckily it survived to the end of our stay).

Perfect Base

My two brothers and I stayed here while visiting our father in Bradenton. It fit our needs perfectly and was very clean and comfortable. And the dining area was ideal for board games! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. All in all a great experience.

A great value!

This is not luxury accommodations. But then the rental cost reflects that. A two bed/two bath condo with a living area and dining area is perfect for my sister and I as we spend the week at the beach. The pool is very nice and is kept very clean. I’ll be honest, the condo could use a bit of a refresh in places. The front bedroom has wicker furniture and there are parts that look a bit tattered. My sister and I have bought reclining beach chairs, a cooler and a couple of pool noodles for ourselves and future guests. This year one of the beach chairs was almost ripped through. But those things are minor compared with the affordability of a week in the Florida sunshine.

Perfect Location

The condo was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Easy commute to family & Ann Maria Island. It was cozy & comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities for a nice stay. If I had to suggest anything, it would be that the bathrooms be supplied with four bath towels instead of two. It was nice to have in-unit washer & dryer, though. The owners were very responsive in providing all the information we needed. We would book again.

Our stay was fine, if you’re good with a basic place to stay this condo is perfect. I gave it a 4 star rating because with the price I paid ( which I understand it was Easter weekend) in my opinion was lacking a few typical essentials which have been in every VRBO that I’ve ever rented. Overall it was fine. Nice pool area etc..

Shorewalk Villa ... fantastic and super convenient

Our stay at Shorewalk Villa was fantastic! It was just my son and I who stayed but the Villa has plenty of room with its 2 bedrooms 2 baths for a family of 4 or 5. Super clean when we arrived with easy check in. It was quiet at night which made it easy to rest after a hard days training at the convenient IMG Academy. Plenty of parking in front but there are tons of stores a just a 5 min walk away. 2 pools to choose from as well as a recreation clubhouse made it hard to leave. We would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, it's location and the amenities. Nice pool and patio area to have coffee in the morning. We experienced a lot wildlife... very cool. A slice of paradise

The property itself is very nice, near main roads and shopping. The condo was extremely clean,well stocked, the beds were so comfortable. Perfectly situated on the grounds. A pond nearby entertained us with cranes, ducks opping their bottoms up to feed and sunbathing turtles. Bocci and 2 pickleball courts. Two pools, saltwater, floating was so relaxing.

Enjoyed our stay

This ground level unit was perfect for our party of 4. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a front load washer and dryer. The condo was clean except for the couch which was so dirty that I had to cover it with a towel before sitting on it. A sheet would have worked better but wasn’t available. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable. Great location.

Bradenton Trip

Location was absolutely perfect for the IMG tournament we were at (1 mile away). Andre and Barb were excellent with communication. Easy to get to surrounding beaches and towns. Only thing to be aware of is that you will need to provide your own paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent. Not at all a complaint on our end just something to know ahead of time for planning (with plenty of places walking distance to fill these needs). Thanks again Barb and Andre!
