Our stay was spectacular, everything was super clean, the house has everything you need, the cleanliness was impeccable and the house was beautiful, I was delighted with everything, it was super easy to get in and out. Excellent

Large Family Gathering

After Helene and Milton damaged our original rental, we had to split up our group into two houses. We found this one and another fairly close to one another. We had a few issues during our stay but Rick was pretty quick to respond. Our first day, the pool heat was supposed to be working and the schedule seemed messed up. One of the fuses tripped and we were able to resolve this on our own but it left us without a microwave for several hours. The grill had issues starting without a lighter, seems a bit run down. The firepit also didn't start for us. Rick was responsive and took time to resolve these for us. For the amount we paid, I would have expected we wouldnt have had so many issues. In spite of these issues, we loved the property. We had many ourdoor movie nights and every family meal here. It was the perfect gathering spot. Corn hole, putt putt, the spa and the pool all made for a wonderful time. Beach towels beach chairs were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked though only pepper was in the cupboards. You will have no issues cooking for a large family here. The ice maker had issues keeping up. The chain in the garage for the light needs to be longer for the vertically challenged. I would suggest putting hangers in the middle room where there is only a closet and bedside tables. Also suggest rugs at the house entrances to catch sand, shells, dirt!! All in all, we would rent this place again!!! Thanks for a lovely home Rick!

Great location right off the main strip. Within 10 minutes or less to great restaurants and the beach. Host provides everything you need for the beach and pool at property. Quite neighborhood.

Overall it was a nice stay. We liked the layout of the house and the location was great. The only complaint is we didn’t have any internet, so we couldn’t watch any tv .
