「As very regular visitors , the standards of every aspect and staff are excellent. It gives you a feeling of coming home. Staff remember us and as friends would do. Should you need something or help , they are always pleased to help. It really does shine and stand out. And the great Yorkshire attitude is just fantastic. This includes every single member of staff. Be it Reception , the Bar ,the Cleaners and Cooks , Back Office etc. 5 stars.」

「Location is good. Room is clean but air conditioner is not working and no refrigerator. 」

「Comfy bed, nice and clean and good breakfast」

「Lovely old building, inside was a bit tired, minimum breakfast, good location, very friendly staff, ok for the price we paid.」

「nice staff and very helpful, good breakfast provided, good experience. Not many options to choose for meal near the hotel.」

「Our room was not very clean, hadn’t been vacuumed & sheets, towels, pillows & mattress were extremely worn out. Room didn’t receive fresh towels after request to get some. We had to go find some ourselves. Breakfast was tasty but incredibly slow. Wouldn’t stay again.」

「I am absolutely appalled by the service received by Haworth Old Hall. Booked a night away via Expedia. Confirmation of booking received immediately. Over 24 hours later - the day of check in, I got a phone call advising they had double booked and there was no room available for us. We had to cancel everything as all other Haworth hotels were fully booked. I have emailed and rang them and messaged on here - no response - they have taken my money and have not refunded it - do not trust here」

「Convenient location and parking. Food was pretty good in the bar. Room would benefit from upgrading, it was dated and the bed was uncomfortable.」

「It was a perfect stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel even prepared a fan for the room. The breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff made sure our needs are attended and came out to explain about the breakfast available for each and one of us. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Yorkshire.」
