The yard is huge for games like frisbee and tossing a football. Only demerit is the dock—for one, it needs some redoing because it's falling apart. And two, it's not really set up to walk directly into the water because of lily pads and debris/rocks. But the community beach is within walking distance, so still not too...

「This little place was so amazing! It was just as the pictures showed, only better. The foliage and trees and grass around the property are absolutely beautiful. We didn't want for anything! Lance and his wife were the greatest hosts and were so helpful. The hot tub was clean and spotless, and so relaxing. I wish we could've stayed longer and I hope that we can come back someday! Thank you!!」

「Very convenient...5 minutes to center of Francestown with Village Store for necessities. Very close to a couple of taverns. Only had a brief stay, but would have enjoyed the fireplaces if the weather was cool enough.」
