“So going in I knew that there was not going to be any hot water and still I stayed. I was told at the front desk that I would be getting 20% discount. Since I had paid with Expedia I would have to get it back from them. When I called they said no I had to get it from Super 8. Needless to say it’s a classic he said she said and I know I will not see my discount. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t not make the bed between the 2. Some of the furniture was so stained up we were afraid to sit down.……

“The pictures made the property look nicer than it actually was. Also, it rained as was expected due to a storm. I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling. I made them aware of this again and that no one had contacted to me to check on me before checking out with……

“This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. ”

“It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. ”

“Our stay was good! The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and clean. The food was good. This is a well kept hotel. Only complaint was our complimentary shampoos and body wash were half full and we needed to ask for more. We did not need room cleaning during our stay, so found her in the hall and she fulfilled our request. Very pleasant stay and kind personnel.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and included all we needed to make meals other than the food. Bed was comfortable and the couch in the front room was comfortable to sit and watch tv. The only thing I didn’t like was the steep hill—we walked to a concert .3 mile away and the hill was brutal for a couple in our 70s. But we survived! If we go again, we’ll drive to the front parking lot, then walk to the concert. ”

“I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so……

“I traveled with my husband and 5 kids (18,16,2, 11 month twins) and this place was perfect for us. It was plenty of room and we didn't feel smothered. The washer and dryer was a great accommodation as well as the pots and pans. We planned on cooking most of our meals to save money, so that was helpful.
