“Checked in at 2:45 but room not yet available. Returned after event t 6:30 and reception desk closed. Redirected to 3 people at bar and last was able to print key for us. Bar was busy and didn’t seem the best process. Everyone was pleasant . Enjoyed our stay.”

“The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. ”

“The Knickerbocker is an old hotel & staple of Milwaukees Eastside. Beautiful inside the rooms were spacious and clean, small kitchen with fridge, microwave coffee maker & stove. There is also a Restruant inside and the food and cocktails were awesome. A must”

“Peaceful rooms and comfy beds. High ceilings are great. If you want to cook or store food the community kitchen is beautiful. I wish I needed to use it. Great location for some great restaurants.”

“We arrived at three in the morning to staff that was waiting for us, which was very nice. I didn’t have to wake anybody up. The room was great the bed as usual. Excellent we just love the beds at Holiday Inn express. Where we were missing a trash can in the room, but we dealt with that. Woke up to their breakfast, which is always great. We just love their pancake machine. The hotel was essentially located in the middle of everything much closer to places we needed to go then we thought it was……

“Great hotel. Very clean and staff were very friendly. I love they had valet. My only complaint was not being able to control the air in the room. I wanted it cooler and it would not go below 71 no matter what i did. Directions were not accurate on the wall on how to adjust temperature.”

“All the staff was very friendly but Anthony stood out to us. He heard our son was going to tour the bucks stadium and talked to him about it. My son went back to the hotel after his tour and was so ready to tell him all about it. Anthony had the day off and he can't wait to go back some day for a game and stay at the same hotel to tell him all about it.”
