As others have mentioned, the three bedrooms on the lower level don't have AC. We were comfortable with the extra fans we brought. The community tennis court and grassy area of the park are just a short five-minute walk away, where we played pickleball and spikeball. Stratton Golf is a quick drive, and the course has rolling hills and stunning……

“Wilmington and this chalet were both wonderful getaways for my husband and I. The chalet was well equipped, comfortable and cozy and had the bonus of a fantastic location. We hiked Haystack and Hogsback, swam and paddle boarded in Harriman Reservoir, and explored the lovely town (Bartleby's bookstore, breweries, Dot's and Village Roost were our favorites). All was within minutes or a short drive from this chalet. Loved the availability of washer and dryer, comfortable and cozy couches, front……
