「The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight.」

「We loved the French gentleman on Reception! He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He gave us great advice where to go in Marlow for the evening.
The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great nights sleep.
Breakfast in the huge conservatory at the back overlooking the lake was lovely. Great choice on the buffet.」

Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.
