「The lady at the desk was very rude and not helpful. My Mom and I are both disabled and we were put in the very back section of the hotel on the second floor so it was a very long way to walk. (Even though they had been notified) Also the handicap parking spot on our side of the building had pallets of something covered with a tarp in it so I had to park way on the other side of the buildings. The room itself and the cleaning staff were fine. No complaints about the room itself.」
