The condo was fine. It offered all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It was also quite affordable, given the prices for most places in Breckenridge. The most annoying aspect, however, was that most of the electrical outlets were such that electrical cords fell out of them. I wasn't able to use my CPAP because it didn't make and sustain a connection with the outlet.

Quick but great stay!
Had a nice time staying here in the off season. Condo is older and not updated, but had all the stuff that we needed and was clean. Short distance to mainstreet Breck and right next to a gentle creek!

Breck ski weekend
Condo just a few hundred feet from shuttle stop that's takes you to gondola. Can ski back to about a hundred feet to condo. Easy walk to downtown and Main St. Condo good size for two, we had four one night which was a bit tight but ok. Condo a bit dated but there to ski and not hang out at condo.

Great place to stay for remote workers
This is my second time staying at this property and getting to visit breck while working remotely. The office is just enough space to get work done and the room is also a great place to work, stay, and have fun!

Clean. Common area was very nice, and at the time we visited almost no one else was there, so you felt like you rented the whole property. Hot tubs were large and HOT.

Great Stay
Enjoyed the unit. Small, but cozy. Clean, but slightly dated. Snowflake lift is a 5 minute walk and ski the 4 o’clock run up to the back of the condos. Hot tubs were hot n clean; grill worked great. Great experience overall. Good price for location if you’re not looking for all the fluff amenities.

Convenient, cozy place in Breck
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is well located to shuttles to the resort, it has all the basic amenities needed (kitchenette), and even has a cozy main area with hot tub! It is a small, simple place, and the sofa bed sleeps like a sofa bed, but it fit our needs well.
