This Breckenridge condo with ski in, ski out was exactly as advertised. Loved the location, pull out was very comfortable. Owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to stay again, for longer next time!

Location is great and as advertised. Ski in from 4 O’Clock trail and a 2 block walk (uphill) to the Snowflake chair. Check in and communication all good and easy. It’s great for 2 people. The bedroom is small with minimal furnishings, of course only sleeping there but only room for one nightstand. Kitchen equipped. Fireplace turns on with switch on the wall, ignore the instructions- it’s lovely!Overall clean and easy for a week of skiing at Breckenridge!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for waking up, getting ready then walking to the lift. When we were done, we just skied back. If you want to go out at night, the town is just a quick walk. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! Close to the ski slopes and also close enough to town to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Incredibly clean. Great patio with a beautiful creek next to it to listen to in the morning while you sip your coffee.

This unit is in a convenient location in walking distance to town with nice views and lots of windows in the main living space. The kitchen is updated with nice appliances and fully stocked with any kitchen item you might need. The bathroom has a nice shower. I would highly recommend it.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! New, clean and cozy! You can’t beat the location for ski in/ski out! The owner was great and very accommodating! We can’t wait to be back here in a few months!

The condo was very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking materials. All of the appliances are new. The bed was comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. I had to contact property management about the location of the parking pass. She got back to me promptly.

Loved staying here. Quiet and great location. To make it a 5 it just needs a few maintenance items taken care of. Bulb burnt out at front door, closet in bedroom sticks bad so very hard to open and needs extra lighting in both bedroom and living room. Don’t let these items deter you from a great stay in Breckenridge.

Perfect for a couple. Lift less than 5 minute walk. Ski right up to back of building. Town less than10 minute walk. Coffee and filters already there which was a nice touch. Only minor complaint was there was only one hotel size shampoo provided for two people staying four nights. Overall, great stay.

The walk to the Snowflake ski lift was a little uphill but only about a two minute walk. Very close. Best part is when you are ready to come back you can ski right to the stairs back to the apartment. Perfect for a family of 3. Had everything you could need for your trip. Place to hold skis at the front door. The only thing I would change is that I wish they had blinds on the sliding door, especially because that is where the fold out bed my son slept in was located.

Everything was great except after paying a ridiculously high cleaning fee there was an envelope on the counter asking for a tip for the cleaner. If the cleaner isnt getting the cleaning fee maybe whoever is getting it should pay the cleaner more. I originally detailed the cleaning fee but apparently thats against VRBO's rules for some reason.
