Great Condo

We stayed at Southern Comfort for a long weekend. It has a great location. Close to main street, ski lift and the pool. Place is clean and bigger than expected. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as well. We would stay here again!

This is a good property in a good location in central Breckenridge. There was a minor hiccup on arrival with a power outage but that was resolved before listed check in time. Minor concerns are the standard worn bedding/pillows, a coffee maker that needs a good cleaning and construction noises from the adjacent building remodel. Other than that it is nice property.

Perfect accommodations

Just spent 5 days in Breckenridge skiing with the family. Perfect weather and snow. The condo is well designed and is a 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift. We utilized all of the amenities including the weight room, hot tubs and sauna. I enthusiastically recommend this condo.

Nice place

Great location with walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown and the pool. Clean with fully stocked kitchen Three bedrooms was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out. Highly recommend

We loved this property. We were a little confused when finding the building and the parking, but once we were in we had a great stay. The location was perfect for walking to most everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for our family. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Best condo in Breck!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here. The condo is beautiful! The rooms are large and each has its own bathroom. We loved being just an elevator ride to the pool and hot tub. We walked to downtown almost every night for ice cream. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed staying at the property. However, we had to rewash most of the dishes because there was food stuck on them. There were also crumbs in the silverware drawer. This is likely due to the cleaning service used to clean the unit and not due to the owners or property managers.

Great condo in great location

This condo was perfect for a family of 3 and a family of 5 with kids ranging from 17 to 0. The space was clean and well furnished. The amenities of the pool and game room were a big hit with the kids. The location couldn’t have been better for exploring the town, bike riding and hiking. The only snag we ran into was getting into the condo on the first day and figuring out the parking garage. We did finally get in and the rest of the trip was smooth.

Breck 2024

Great location! Very nice and spacious room. Had an issue when my daughter’s app did not work to get in the building. Pregnant and with a 5 year old, she had to walk around to front desk to get help. Had problems with app getting into parking garage too. I like the app, but there should be backups in play like a physical key card. I was worried about battery on phone dying before we got back to room. Overall experience was great.
