Located 5-6 miles from Breckenridge in a wooded community. Easy commute and nice to get away from crowds in Breckenridge. Property was as advertised and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook.

We had a great trip! The house was very clean and well equipped. We had an issue and called to get it fixed and someone was there within the hour. This is our second time at the house and know we'll book again at this location.

Had a great time over there during Christmas. Quite close to the Breckenridge city center (about 10 minutes), and was great being able to have that extra room. They were great with us bringing our mini Aussie, and he loved his time there too!

A great place to stay as a family of 4 with a dog. The layout provides plenty of space to spread out after a long day exploring the local trails and eateries. One evening we had 2 moose walk through the front yard and the following evening we saw a momma bear and her cub. Close to town and you can access the Blue River trail from the neighborhood. Access to the garage to store bikes was a bonus.

Nice home but had some issues. The shower on the main level did not work properly. Either the water was cold or hot. The house/linens smelled dusty and had quite a few light bulbs burnt out.

Very easy to communicate w/manager and check in. The house is great for families (bunk room and another TV area in basement), well equipped kitchen, internet worked well even in the snowstorm and everything was clean. Plenty of everything: linens, pillows, spices in the kitchen, games, etc. missing a hot hub that’s it!

Stays are greatest when everything goes as planned with no surprises. That was certainly the case with VRBO and the Spring Haven residence. Clean and comfortable. Perfect condition. The right amount of communication and touch points. My adult son and I had a great time on our annual fly fishing adventure in Breckenridge and our stay at Spring Haven added to that. Thank You!

This home is perfectly fine and in a nice small neighborhood just outside of breckenridge. The home had not been cleaned nor was ready for us at the agreed upon time of arrival. Communication with the property company was very difficult. The home advertises cable/internet/satellite which did not work more than 90% of the time we were there. I was told to “adjust my expectations” as xfinity had done all they could do. Our phone service is with verizon which did not work in this area either. No solution was ever offered and numberous calls, emails and texts were never answered in a timely fashion. We had booked a 3 week stay and left 5 days early, and still have never heard from summit mountain rentals. Very disappointing as our experience with vrbo up until now has been wonderful. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great! It's a good layout with lots of space and comfortable bedrooms. We had four people here for Thanksgiving, and the kitchen had everything we could need for cooking. It's also a convenient drive into Breck but a nice separation for a cozy cabin feel. Our only complaint was the wifi and TV, which only worked about 20% of the time. We read and did a lot of puzzles, but just a heads up if you planned to work remote while staying here, this wouldn't be the best option.
