This is the perfect home for large groups with enough private space for everyone. There are five bathrooms, five bedrooms with king beds, and a bunk room with six twin beds. There are three living areas to spread out: a large great room; a TV loft with sectional; a family room with wood stove, pool/ping pong table, and kitchenette. The kitchen is fully stocked to prep a big meal where you can share at the large dining room table.

Wonderful property with a lot of space for a large group of 8 to 10 people. 10 minute drive to Breckenridge gondola. Extremely well stocked kitchen to cook and enjoy a multi-day vacation. Highly recommend for large groups.

Breathtaking

My children, grandchildren and grandparents all met in Breckenridge before a wedding. The house was perfect for all of us. It was peak fall season in Breck. The area was breathtaking BUT the road the house was on was just as wonderful. We were able to take many beautiful family fall photos within 2mins of house. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out.

Great stay with married children and grandchildren

We had a great stay! Location was so close to town and easily accessible. Our host was very responsive. Power went out in the neighborhood and he allowed us to use an alternate location for showers and blow drying all the girls' hair before we were due to take our family portraits. The home was well stocked with incidentals that we didn't have to buy a bunch of things like salt, spices, olive oil, laundry or dish soap, etc. Also, plenty of dishes, cups, pots, and pans for 14 people and everything you could need for cooking. We had a great family vacation.

Large Family Gathering

Process was so easy. Loved all the space. Many separate common areas and outdoor spaces. Our group was able to break up and play pool, card games, or just visit. Well stocked Kitchen and plenty of bathrooms.

Beautiful and Spacious Home! Nancy W, Nebraska

This was one of the few VRBO homes we found that fit all of our criteria "wish list" for lodging for a ski trip with our growing immediate family. We had 10 adults, two toddlers and one baby in our group. This home has all the amenities necessary for a large gathering of all ages. All six bedrooms were spacious plus three living room areas. The entire home was welcoming, clean and radiated a cozy feeling. We had ample space for everyone and all their ski stuff. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. We especially liked the large dining room table which easily seats 12. This home provides ample towels, and the hot tub isn't shared with any other homes. The host was fabulous to communicate with. We had a memorable and wonderful time with family. Easy check in and check out. I highly recommend this home!

hosted 6 adults for a work retreat. this place had everything we needed - plenty of bedrooms, good space to meet, huge common areas, and an awesome location. super clean with a surprisingly well supplied kitchen too. would 100% stay here again with friends, family, or any group.

Family Ski Vaca

Fantastic place, great location and awesome to ski in and out from peak 10, shuttle also very convenient and close. House was spacious yet cozy, great common area where we all mostly hung out. Rooms and bathrooms were also nice. Host was responsive and communicative, easy check in and out process. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great location

Had a great trip to Warriors Mark West. The house is great with plenty of space for everyone. Had a few issues upon arrival that the owner promptly had fixed. The only thing that cold have made the trip better for everyone in our group would be softer beds. They were all extremely firm. All in all great house and location for family stay!
