「Room was spotless 」

「We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. 「A very large, clean room with basic amenities: refrigerator and microwave. No coffeemaker nor a hair dryer. The area of town is very convenient to a grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, all within a 5 min walk. The staff is very congenial. My arrival and check-in time was late, after 11 pm. The office personnel was friendly and welcoming, esp given the late hour. I will happily book a stay here again. 」
