"Great option for my daughter and I because of the convenience to shopping and parking. I had to ask for my benefits this time, but they didn’t give me the $20 credit this time. And last time I was told I had a credit, but I was charged anyway. I requested a refund but never received it until i requested again on my next stay there. "

"On the night 09/25, Demetri (I believe that was his name) was so welcoming. After a long, delayed flight, I was exhausted, but he checked me in within 10 minutes and made the process so easy. The room was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast the next morning was filling and satisfying. On 09/26, another gentleman was working the morning shift—I didn’t catch his name, but he was also such a sweetheart. I’ll definitely be staying here more often. Thank you for an amazing stay! "

"This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back."
