Welcome to DARSENA LAKE VIEW, a charming guest house located within a residential villa on the shores of the magnificent Lake Como. This cozy one-bedroom apartment offers a haven of peace and serenity, thanks to the tranquillity of its location and the spectacular outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. 

The apartment, furnished in a simple, comfortable style, welcomes guests into a warm, domestic atmosphere. The dining area, characterised by a large window that opens onto the panorama of the lake, invites you to romantic dinners in tranquillity.

In the bright living room, where you can relax reading a book on the sofa or watching a movie, there is a double sofa bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The double bedroom guarantees peaceful nights of rest, lulled by the silence and gentle sounds of the surrounding nature. The kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances, makes preparing meals a pleasant and practical experience. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, ensures comfort and functionality.

The outdoor terrace is the true jewel of this property: enjoy this space with its breathtaking views, relaxing in the sun in summer, having lunches and dinners with family or friends, and admiring the spectacular panoramic views of Lake Como, where the colours of the water, mountains and sky change with throughout the day.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The residence has a convenient indoor car park. There is also plenty of free public parking in the vicinity for any additional cars.

What's nearby: 

The apartment is only a few minutes away from the charming village of Brienno, known for its picturesque historic village and lake landscape. Here, you can enjoy a stroll through the alleys of the village and stop for dinner at Pizzeria Brienn, opposite the church. In summer, the public park opens as Lido, La Terrazza 125, where one can swim in the lake in fine weather and have lunch, dinner and an aperitif by the lake. The renowned restaurant Crotto dei Platani is a few minutes from the apartment. From Brienno it is possible to take the boat to visit the main villages on Lake Como from April to October. Only 6 minutes away is Argegno, a lively village with numerous restaurants and bars. From Argegno the boat passes more frequently and it is also possible to take the hydrofoil to reach famous destinations (such as Bellagio and Menaggio) more quickly and directly.  

Towards the south you will encounter Laglio, a renowned and elegant village to spend unforgettable summers enjoying aperitifs on the lake. The majestic villa of the great actor and director George Clooney is also located here. 

Proceeding further south, we reach the city of Como, while to the north we can explore the picturesque Valle d'Intelvi, perfect for pleasant walks in nature.



How to arrive:

By car: Drive along the A9 motorway and take the last exit for Italy "Como Lago". Follow the GPS until you get onto the main road Via Regina, in about 20 min you will be in front of the apartment. 

By train: After arriving at Como Station take bus number C20 or C10 and in about 30 min you will be at the bus stop in the village of Brienno. From there, in 5 minutes on foot you will be in front of the residence.
