"Quite a busy loud location. Ground floor room you hear everyone; outside, inside, everyone. Cracked toilet seat but otherwise room was doable but the disturbance was really bad. Outdated and could do with a makeover and new lights etc. "

Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Good experience, room very well ordered, clean, likewise bathroom. Could do with luggage rack. Reception staff, housekeeping and catering staff were very helpful, cheerful and professionable. Good choice at both breakfasts. "

Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront

"We had a lovely one night stay at the leonardo myself and my 10year old daughter. We had the junior suite and loved it! The views were amazing! We arrived in Brighton a few hours before check in and left Brighton a few hours after check out both times they looked after our luggage. The only two things I will say I was slightly disappointed with was at check in the receptionist didn’t tell me any information about the breakfast eg. Times, location etc even though we had breakfast with our booking. Also the room seemed spotless until I sat in one of the chairs in the window and could see under the bed and side boards and they were thick with dust. It wouldn’t take two seconds to just run the hoover under them. Apart from that was fantastic! "

"A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay"

"Charming staff at reception Deluxe room was great could not fault it Fab bathroom and separate shower with l’occitaine toiletries which have at home Plenty of towels, great shower and good to ward to brehave a coffee machine with great coffees Nice light room in the tower - only thing missing a full length mirror Apart from that could not fault Delightful staff Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow If you can I would recommend staying here you will enjoy it!!! I will def come again x"
