"nice spot with a spectacular view from the 7th floor. free water, coffee and snacks on the floor were key between busy spaces. had only coffee from the in-house eatery, and it was also very good. walkable in one direction to a sizable park with trails or toward cafes, bars etc. convenient to everywhere, including Reagan airport. parking is pricey but very secure. would stay again. thanks!"

"Overall, it was a lovely stay. We did arrive earlier than the check in time of 4pm, and while they had rooms available, there was an additional $25 charge. Our room was on the third floor and overall quiet and accessible. I would say, the couch in the living space could have been cleaner, but everything in the bedroom was good condition and clean. "My family stayed here during spring break. Although there were tons of teenagers they for the most part were respectful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was tasty and convenient. There is a grocery store at the end of the block and is less than 2 blocks away from the Metro. "
