    The location and the views from this apartment are awesome! I loved that we could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. We did have a great deal of difficulty getting into the building after hours, though. The phone number we were given connected to a hotel that had no reservation for our name. When I did get a hold of someone that had us in their system they had to send out a handyman (because their after hours lock box was stolen?) so we could access the keys. While we waited they put us up in another apartment for an hour or so. It was a frustrating end to a day of travel and I had to turn my phone data on to communicate with them so I wasn't very pleased. The apartment itself wasn't super clean and seemed to be in need of some updates. It seemed as though the manager rented it out just a bit before it was ready... See attached photos. Initially we were told that as compensation for our difficulty getting into the building we could have a late check out for free. However, while communicating about the check out procedures that piece of information seemed to have been forgotten and we were given the regular check out time again. Not a big deal, but just a note about the customer service. I think this place has a tone of potential but needs some love

    Dirty glass and grout. Probably wouldn't have felt like a big deal if everything else had gone smoothly...

    Great location. Kitchen is a litttle under equipped if u are wanting to use apartment to cook meals. Can certainly get by. But a few extra fruit and or cooking bowls etc would be handy. Lounge chair needs repairs. Otherwise very comfortable and happy with our stay.
