Great location and amenities

Modern, clean apartment in great location - near river, shops, restaurants and supermarket. The only negative for us was the check in and check out process - not very customer centric

Great location, but AirTrip difficult

The apartment was as advertised and in a great location in West End. The property managers AirTrip were difficult to deal with and required onerous ID verification key pick up at a different location.

Convenient for visit to Brisy

Walk to Woolies/Aldi, cafe downstairs good & convenience store. Pool area very nice. Easy walk to West End Ferry (Some guests may be put off by having to collect/drop off key at different location.)

Great Location and Amenities

Great apartment for families, with laundry and kitchen. Extra sofa bed available if needed. Cooking utensils adequate. Annoying to pick up and drop off keys at a different location in South Brisbane. The dryer and washing machine were not working however the issue was fixed the next day after contacting 24 hour support. Wonderful location close to river views, supermarkets and cafe. Some mould/stains? on bathroom ceiling but otherwise clean.
